Syrah (St-Joseph) VdP Collines Rhodaniennes

Rochevine means ” the Wine Rock”. From the 17th century, vineyards were present on this terroir. After phylloxera attacks in the 1870’s, the vineyard wilted little bylittle until the1980’s. 1988: Saint Desirat winery decided to renovate this terroir : reassembly of stony walls,reconstructionof “chalets”andplantation of newvine stocks.

This vin de pays has a gleaming ruby red colour, a quite aromatic nose with notes of red fruit and spicies.
